Thank you for shopping with Mamasteader Meadows! Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. During busy seasons or after markets, processing may take a little longer — we'll communicate any delays via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. We offer free shipping on orders over $50.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard: 3–7 business days
- Expedited: 2–3 business days (where available)
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@mamasteader.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Local Pickup & Farmers Markets We occasionally offer local pickup or in-person sales at farmers markets. Follow us on social media for upcoming market dates and locations.
