Thank you for shopping with Mamasteader Meadows. Because our products are small-batch, handcrafted, and made with natural ingredients, we take great care to ensure every order leaves our hands in perfect condition.

All Sales Are Final on Personal Care Products For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used personal care items, including soaps, body butters, lip balms, salves, and beeswax wraps.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send the correct item at no additional cost.

Unopened / Unused Items Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Digital Products & Workshops All digital downloads and workshop registrations are final and non-refundable.
